YUKON OUTFITTERS – Refunds, Exchanges, Repairs and Warranties

Warranty Policy:

Yukon Outfitters warrants our products to be in good condition and unused upon receipt.  We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months from the original date of purchase.  If your Yukon Outfitters product was purchased from an authorized retailer, you can first attempt to return/exchange the item with that retailer with an accompanied receipt or proof of purchase.   All returned products with a valid receipt or proof of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for a possible repair or onetime replacement. 

Yukon Outfitters will not pay for inbound shipping on returns, repairs or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf.  It is important that you retain all tracking information from your carrier of choice as we are not responsible for lost or inbound shipments.  If a product, item or specific color is not in stock at the time of replacement, Yukon Outfitters reserves the right to substitute a new color or style at our discretion.  Any questions or specific needs about our warranties should be directed to customerservice@yukon-outfitters.com

IMPORTANT:  Yukon Outfitters will not replace, exchange or service items purchased through Ebay sellers, any Amazon Store not operated by Yukon Outfitters or it’s affiliates or unauthorized vendors from local shows. 

IMPORTANT:  Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Improper use and care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakdown of materials and colors due to sun or UV exposure
  • After market modifications
  • Abuse and neglect of the product

Types of Returns:

Our Warranty: Yukon Outfitters will replace product due to manufacturing defects.  To file a return of this type, please email us at customerservice@yukon-outfitters.com and be sure to include your full name, mailing address, contact number, copy of your receipt and pictures of the defect. You will be contacted within 3 business days from a customer service representative regarding your claim where further action will be taken that may require you to send us your defective item before a replacement can be issued. 

Can Yukon fix this for me?  At Yukon Outfitters we will try to first repair your item if possible at our domestic manufacturing facility.  No proof of purchase is necessary and all repairs are free of charge but you will need to pay for the shipping costs related to the repair.  If your product is not repairable, we will evaluate the situation for a possible replacement.  Please direct all repairs to the address below

Can I get a Refund?:  Yukon Outfitters will only accept returns that are coordinated with us at customerservice@yukon-outfitters.com. If your return claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Number that must be included on the outside of the shipping box with your return(s). Yukon Outfitters will only approve refunds purchased directly on our website: www.yukon-outfitters.com.  Product must be returned unused within 3 weeks of the date of purchase.  Returned product, once reviewed will be refunded for the original amount of the sale less shipping fees.  Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return. After receiving a Return Merchandise Number please return product you feel is eligible for a refund to the address below:

Is it possible to Exchange a product with Yukon Outfitters?  Absolutely.  Yukon Outfitters is happy to exchange items for an alternate color or styles.  We must first receive your product within 3 weeks of purchase.  Once we look over the item, we will be happy to swap out the item for you.  Please coordinate with us at customerservice@yukon-outfitters.com to arrange.
